We prioritize responding to three types of messages:

  1. from health care providers in Hamilton who are serving trans, gender-diverse, and non-binary patients,
  2. from trans, gender-diverse, and non-binary people in Hamilton trying to connect to services, and
  3. from family and friends of trans, gender-diverse, and non-binary people experiencing difficulty connecting to gender-affirming care.

Other types of inquiries may be subject to a delayed response. Our limited capacity to provide connections to gender-affirming services is discussed more on the information & referral page.

We are not a medical clinic. We are not able to book an appointment for services.
